2.Why do we handle your data?
The data of our users will be handled in order to facilitate the management of our relationship with them, to allow us to deal with their requests and queries, to administer and manage website security, and to fulfil our legal obligations. The said data may equally be handled for data analysis purposes and for improving the quality of our services. In addition, we will handle your data in order to send out marketing communications, by any means (including electronic) about products and services offered by the group to which the Data Manager belongs (i.e. Grupo Batle). In relation to bookings, the bank card details provided by you will be used to apply possible penalties for instances of cancellation or ‘no show’, as defined in the conditions of booking. The processing of your bookings necessarily involves the data handling described above, without which the booking cannot be expedited.
 
3.For how long will we store your data?
 Your data will be stored for the duration of your active relationship with us, and in all cases, for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation (for example, the legally specified periods for financial and taxation data), and for the time needed to attend to any potential responsibilities arising out of the handling of the data. We will delete your data when it is no longer necessary or relevant to the purposes for which it was obtained. Records of access to restricted areas of the website will be deleted within a month of being created. Records related to browsing will be deleted once the web session has been disconnected and the statistics collected.
